After much anticipation, we are excited to share that the bridge connecting Caskadilla Lane and Madrillon Way is now fully restored. This project has been a long time in the making, and we sincerely appreciate the community’s patience during the work.
As part of the restoration:

The dam has been cleared, allowing the waterway to flow naturally once again.

The surrounding area is already showing signs of recovery with fresh green growth, improving the natural beauty of the space.

To protect the progress, beaver activity is being closely monitored to prevent new dams from forming.
Please note that any additional modifications to this area must be reviewed and approved by the Maryland Department of Environmental Service to protect the ecosystem and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. We will provide updates once this review process is underway.
The bridge at Bestway Court and Madrillon Way pond is currently being reviewed and updates for the work will be sent shortly.
